Adding a Profile Picture

This video provides information on how to add a profile picture.

Below are the steps to add a picture to your Brightspace profile. This can be done from anywhere in Brightspace. The area at the top of every Brightspace page is the same and never changes.

  1. You’ll find access to Profile information at the top of the screen.

  1. Click your name to expand the menu. Choose Profile from the dropdown menu.

  1. On this screen, under Edit My User Profile, click the Change Picture button.

  1. Choose My Computer from the box that pops up.
  1. Either drag your image file, or click the Upload button to upload the file.
  1. Choose your file from the list. The image file must be less than 1 MB in size. Click the Add button.
  1. Once you have the picture you want, click Save and Close to finish the process!
