A student in your course that has a Read Only role has not yet completed the Succeeding Online training. Once they successfully complete the training, their role will automatically change to Student. IMPORTANT NOTE: If a student tells you they can’t see the Lesson menu or they can’t submit any work check to see if they have a Read Only role. If so, encourage them to complete the Succeeding Online training course.
Step by Step Instructions to check a student’s role in your course
- Click Course Tools and then Classlist.
